An album from our square

An album from our square

Architect Niovi Zarampouka-Chatzimanou and artist Theo Prodromidis worked with young people living in the multicultural area of Victoria Square in Athens as well as musicians, artists, and media producers to create a hip-hop album based on local oral histories. Participants learned how to conduct oral history research, write lyrics, produce music, and shoot music videos as a means of reflecting on local and national identities.
