Memoriam

Memoriam

Art therapy organization AMAKA (represented by Dafni Kalafati) trained high school students in historical and anthropological research, with the goal of cultivating awareness of local history, tradition, and heritage. Under the guidance of AMAKA’s team, students conducted interviews, searched local archives, and attended filmmaking, sound-recording, and photography workshops. The project took place in the island of Lefkada, where it created the Memoriam Walking Festival , an outdoor walking museum, as well as a museum website, several  publications and an interactive map showcasing the community work.
